The foundation for future learning is laid in the SABIS® Campinas Elementary School using the SABIS® Educational System. Dedicated teachers look after the needs of each student and ensure that everyone feels welcome and supported. During these early years, children become more aware of themselves and the world around them. We believe that in this period if children develop a positive attitude towards learning, then the foundation for academic achievement is laid.
The SABIS® Campinas Elementary School program balances academic progress with developing social, physical, and emotional maturity. It is designed to establish a balanced, well-rounded foundation of learning in the core subjects of English, mathematics, science, and Portuguese. It also includes instruction in social studies, art and music, IT, and physical education. Students completing Elementary School will have gained mastery of basic concepts and core knowledge and will be well-equipped to handle the more conceptual learning expected in upper grades.
